Welcome to ShadowBox! By purchasing or using our products and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

ShadowBox is a DBA of Request Results, INC and operates out of California, United States. Address: 1420 E. Roseville Pkwy. Suite 140-328 Roseville, CA 95661. These terms are governed by the laws of California and the United States but apply to all customers worldwide, regardless of location.

Products and Services

We offer digital products and coaching services, including:

·         "Every Wound Holds A Masterpiece" book and bonuses

·         The ShadowBox Self-Guided Journey

·         The ShadowBox Full Coached Program

Products are available for one-time purchase or through payment plans via Affirm financing. Full access to digital products is granted upon successful payment or the first installment of the payment plan.

Refund Policy

"Every Wound Holds A Masterpiece" Book: The book comes with a no-questions-asked 365-day refund guarantee. Simply email us and we'll process your refund.

Self-Guided Journey ($997): Eligible for a refund within 365 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

·         Implementation Requirement: You must have completed at least 4 of the 8 sessions and submitted your responses for creative deliverables.

·         Proof of Implementation: To qualify, you must provide screenshots or screen recordings showing your completed session submissions.

·         Constructive Feedback: Refund requests must include clear, constructive feedback explaining why the product did not meet your expectations.

A refund will ONLY be granted if you show clear evidence of implementing the framework and it having not yielded results.

Full Coached Program ($7,495): Eligible for a refund within 365 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

·         Implementation Requirement: You must have completed at least 4 of the 8 live coaching sessions and received the corresponding deliverables (memoir chapters, songs, artwork).

·         Proof of Engagement: To qualify, you must demonstrate attendance at sessions and active participation in the program.

·         Constructive Feedback: Refund requests must include clear, constructive feedback explaining why the program did not meet your expectations.

A refund will ONLY be granted if you show clear evidence of participating in the program and it having not yielded results.

General Conditions for Refund Eligibility

·         Refunds will not be granted on the same day of purchase or without genuine effort to implement the product or attend coaching sessions.

·         Products purchased on a payment plan must be refunded within 30 days. After this period, the full payment plan amount is due and must be completed.

Ineligible Reasons for Refunds

Refund requests will not be accepted for the following reasons:

·         "I thought the product was in another language." All materials are in English only.

·         "I assumed there were extra features not listed."

·         "This wasn't what I expected," "This doesn't apply to me," or "I already know this."

·         "I'm not interested anymore."

·         "I didn't have time to do the work."

·         "My coach and I didn't connect." (Coaching relationships require mutual effort)

·         Complaints about missing features not advertised in the sales materials.

·         Refund requests simply because a guarantee is offered, or due to sudden personal circumstances.

Fraudulent or Misuse of Refund Claims

We do not tolerate fraudulent or exploitative refund requests. Sudden personal or financial issues, unverifiable claims, or repeated refund attempts may result in denial of the request.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, frameworks, templates, deliverables, and resources provided by ShadowBox remain our intellectual property. Customers are granted a non-transferable license to use these materials for personal purposes only. Sharing, reselling, or using these materials with or for others is strictly prohibited.

Usage Restrictions

Customers are prohibited from sharing, distributing, reselling, or repurposing any materials purchased from ShadowBox, including but not limited to: the ShadowBox framework, session guides, workbooks, creative deliverables (memoir chapters, songs, artwork), and training materials. Violation of this policy may result in legal action.

Client Deliverables Ownership

While the ShadowBox framework and methodology remain our intellectual property, the memoir chapters, songs, and artwork created specifically for you during the program are yours to keep and use as you wish.

Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee any specific emotional, psychological, or therapeutic results from using our products or participating in our coaching programs. Your experience depends on various factors, including your efforts, personal circumstances, willingness to engage with the material, and other external factors. Results may vary.

ShadowBox is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment. If you are in crisis or experiencing thoughts of self-harm, please contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline or seek immediate professional help.

Privacy Policy

We collect information such as your name, email, phone number, and payment information during the checkout process. This information is used solely for delivering our products and services, processing payments, and our marketing purposes. We will not share your personal information with third parties except as required to deliver services (e.g., payment processors, creative teams).

Delivery of Products

·         Digital products (book, bonuses, self-guided sessions) are delivered instantly via email upon purchase.

·         Creative deliverables (memoir chapters, songs, artwork) are delivered within 48 hours of session completion to your customer portal.

·         Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see emails in your inbox.

Coaching Session Scheduling

For the Full Coached Program, you will be matched with a certified ShadowBox coach within 7 days of purchase. Sessions must be scheduled at mutually agreed-upon times. Missed sessions without 24-hour notice may result in forfeiture of that session.
